Please email info@bankingonit.ca or call our office toll-free at 1-877-677-4566.  

If you choose to contact us via email, you'll be sent a short questionnaire to tell us a bit about your business and we ask that you complete that as best you can and return it to us via the same email address.  If you choose to contact us over the phone, our staff will be happy to record your email address and forward you the questionnaire or, if you'd prefer, ask the questions and take the information down over the phone.  Aaron will review the information prior to moving on to Step Two in our process.

 

STEP TWO

Meet Our Team

Upon determining we will be a good fit, one of our staff members will reach out to you to book a consultation appointment in our office. We feel that it is important for you to get to know your bookkeepers and feel confident in their ability to help your business succeed. During this consultation meeting, we will discuss your company's structure in more specific detail and talk about the next steps!  After this meeting, you will receive a copy of our privacy policy and a few forms to fill out and return to us should you choose to make Banking On It Bookkeeping your new certified bookkeeper!

SIGN THE AGREEMENT

We will draft an agreement detailing all the services Banking On It Bookkeeping will perform in order to set clear expectations for our role and yours going forward. We will discuss how each person's role will be fulfilled and how payments can be made.
